We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Development Talent Partner to lead on personal development and early careers programmes across our organisation. This is a pivotal role within our Learning & Development function, driving initiatives that support individual growth, enhance our talent pipeline, and ensure our interns and graduates are empowered to succeed and progress.

This role operates on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 remote), with flexibility around programme delivery and travel to our regional offices when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and embedding organisation-wide personal development frameworks and tools
  • Supporting employees to create meaningful development plans aligned to business priorities
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and career ownership
  • Overseeing our internship programme — creating structured pathways, meaningful rotations and development opportunities
  • Owning the ongoing development of our graduate community, monitoring progression, retention and development outcomes
  • Partnering with HR, senior leaders and line managers to identify capability needs and align development solutions
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on early careers and personal development best practice
  • Designing and delivering engaging workshops, learning interventions and development resources
  • Evaluating programme effectiveness through data, feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Contributing to workforce and succession planning by identifying high-potential talent and supporting progression pathways
  • Ensuring early careers initiatives align with broader talent and organisational strategies
  • Designing, delivering, and continuously improving our onboarding programme for all new starters
  • Ensuring a seamless onboarding journey from pre-boarding through to probation
  • Monitoring onboarding effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics to enhance engagement and retention

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Substantial experience within learning, talent or development roles
  • Proven experience managing early careers or structured development programmes
  • A genuine passion for developing people and building sustainable talent pipelines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Experience designing structured development frameworks and progression pathways
  • The ability to use data and insight to measure impact and inform improvements
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a positive “can-do” approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills — approachable, credible and collaborative
  • A commitment to your own continuous professional development

Preferred Background

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems such as Docebo or LMS365
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent and succession planning
  • Experience analysing development data and reporting on programme impact
